On the free plan, Ask the Home is limited to 10 questions per month, AI Timeline shows the last 12 months of history, and AI summaries are capped at 3 per month. Limits reset monthly. Upgrade to Plus ($95/year) for the full AI experience without a transaction commitment, or get full AI access with any transaction plan.
Only what you approve. A shared HomeCV shows the property facts and documents you choose to share, plus public sources, and marks anything else as a neutral "not shared / not on file." There's no score, grade, or red flag, HomeCV reports, never rates. Paying for Transfer or Concierge prepares and organizes the record; it never exposes more than you decide.
HomeCV Transfer gives you the tools to prepare and hand off the HomeCV yourself, with a clean, shareable package for buyers and closing, plus full AI access. Concierge HomeCV is fully done-for-you: a dedicated Passpo concierge coaches you through the process, reaches out to contractors and service providers, collects permits and maintenance files, consolidates everything into your HomeCV, and presents a polished report to both the owner and buyer.
